HomeLandguard Point Bringing The Baltics Closer

Landguard Point bringing the Baltics closer

By: Twentytwo 4th Nov 2020

We have recently moved from Ipswich port to Great Yarmouth on Norfolk’s east Coast. Our decision to make this move was a strategic one due to the many benefits this port has to offer. Our new port location offers a hugely experienced handler of supplies in all areas, with a particular history in timber products. Additionally, this port offers significant space, allowing us to expand and grow our stocks and product range.

The combination of numerous berths and increased shipping availably will allow us to import large volumes and release stocks from vessels on shorter timescales. Additionally, to these positives, we have secured a large network of hauliers. This will allow us to offer an effective and reliable logistical service. Securing such an network will allow us to offer a nationwide service, meaning we can offer a supply you can rely on.

Our aim in our move is to bring the Baltics closer to our customers, meaning that a reliable and consistent supply is available to cover all of your timber requirements.

We are excited for the future, we feel we can continue our reputable service to our existing customers, whilst offering the opportunity for us to grow as a business.
This is a new chapter in our history, and one we feel will offer us a substantial step forward in offering a reliable and quality timber supply to customers all over the United Kingdom.
