2023 saw a move away from the port at Great Yarmouth to work with Associated British Ports at King’s Lynn.
King’s Lynn serves as a localised regional port specialising heavily in forest products and timber. ABP has demonstrated its commitment to strengthening the port’s capabilities in this industry through a £3 million investment in 4.5 acres of hard standing and a new Terminal Operating System. This will improve its ability to run UK distribution and streamline the process.

The deal sees Landguard Point Group strengthen its relationship with ABP, as the Group also operates from ABP’s Cardiff port.
